The print production facility at Nova spreads across three units, crafted diligently in sensitivity and conformance to environment concerns and future expansion in focus. The combined area of the three units is more than 300,000 sq. ft.
At Nova, we handle more than 30,000 MT’s of paper and board per annum. Our print production facilities are equipped with top-of-the-line technology, machinery and workflow solutions to manufacture over 100,000 hard cover, one million soft cover books and more than _____ folded cartons per day.
Though we have deployed high-end capacity to fulfill large runs of print demand from our clients, yet at Nova we don’t hush with our work of matching speeds of machines and equipment; rather, we focus on international SOP’s and print standards for an impactful delivery with top quality and consistency, time and again.
We have a printing solution for every custom book with a capability to produce print runs from 500 to 500,000 and deliver soft case and hard case with perfect or PUR bound books with value added application of special finishes, UV varnish, die-punching, foil stamping and blocking among others custom applications as desired by the clients.
We are associated with many reputed publishers, production companies and advertising agencies for customized solutions in India as well as abroad. We at Nova are proud to be printing more than 3000 titles per year ranging from school books, medical books, scientific books, technical books, cook books and coffee table books in mono and multi-colour, soft cover and hard cover for reputed international publishers from the African, Middle East, Egypt, Nigeria, Ghana, Afghanistan, West Indies, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Bhutan, Nepal, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Australia, UK and USAto Diaries, Calendars, Bank Passbooks and Bibles etc.
